of the Inland Empire Utility Agency Advisory Committee, West
End Solid Waste JPA, San Antonio Water Company and West End
Water Company and serves as an alternate to the County Solid
Waste Task Force. |

Councilmember Musser serves as Mayor
Pro Tem, Chairman of the Finance and Economic Development Committee
and a member of the Public Works Committee and City/School
Committee. Councilmember Musser is also the city representative
and treasurer of the Coy D. Estes Senior Apartments, treasurer
of the California Cities Home Ownership Authority, a member
of the Baldy View Public & Private Coalition (CLOUT) and
the County Solid Waste Task Force and serves as an alternate
on to OMNITRANS and SANBAG Major Project Committee. |

Councilmember Thomas serves as Chairman
Police and Fire Committee. He is also a member of the Chino
Basin Regional Sewage Policy Committee, Sister City Committee,
Library Board, Main Street, Inc., Water Facility Authority,
San Antonio Water Company, West End Water Company, and Inland
Empire Utility Agency Policy Committee. Councilmember Thomas
also serves as an alternate to the West End Solid Waste JPA. |
